Responsibilities

• Provide Medical claims services in a professional and effective manner.
• Based on claims service benchmarks and analytical data to monitoring and improving claims processing turnaround time, practices and procedures.
• Provide quality customer services and handle complaint.
• Conduct claims control and analysis.
• Participate in service meetings with client groups and attend staff benefit briefing sessions as required.
• Handle ad hoc projects such as systems enhancement and ad hoc reporting.

Requirements:

• Degree or other recognized insurance qualification
• At least 5 years of medical insurance experience in claim assessment and processing
• Good customer service skill with pleasant personality, numeric sensitive & attentive to details
• Proficient in written & spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure
• Familiar with MS Office applications

Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Manager
