Job description:

• Assist general manager to oversee all aspects of business including Medical Insurance and be responsible for the P&L of the Company;
• Implement business and marketing strategies to achieve Company’s objectives;
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with focus on Medical Insurance;
• Maintain good relationship with business partners, develop distribution channels;
• Monitor operational functions and cultivate team spirits;
• Ensure all business activities comply with insurance laws and all applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines;
• At least 10 years of experience in General Insurance including Medical of which 5 years in managerial level;
• Good business acumen, market trend, laws and regulations;
• Strong sense of responsibility, result-oriented and self-motivated;
• Presentable, excellent leadership and negotiation skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
