Job Responsibilities

• Gather end user requirements
• Report UAT testing progress/test results/issue logs to project team in an efficient and detail manner
• Provide feedback and recommendations to support the development of the system and project roll out
• Coordinate UAT and resolution of problems reported
• Participate in ad hoc projects within the Company as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Finance/Economics/Accountancy or related field
• Minimum 7 years' experience with financial product (must have Pension and MPF experience)
• Be proactive, careful person and communication with team work
• Independent, attentive to details and highly motivated
• Customer-oriented and proactive with effective communications skills
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
• Immediate available or short notice is an advantage
