Responsibilities

• Assist in administrative works and logistics tasks for agency projects and fund raising events/ donation programmes such as license applications, payments, …etc
• Handle day-to-day external enquiries and manage regular content updates of various channels incl. website, Facebook, YouTube or other digital marketing platforms
• Monitor daily news by compiling news clippings
• Perform database management (including sponsors, volunteers, schools, participants …etc)
• Manage any ad hoc duties as assigned by the management

 Requirements

• Associate Degree/Higher Diploma or above
• At least 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Good communication skills, well organized, responsible and attentive to details
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS word, Excel and PowerPoint (Chinese inputting is required
