Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support press events, assist in media engagement programmes, arrange media interviews, build and maintain media relationships
- Assist in developing external communications materials such as press releases, speeches, annual report, newsletters, advertorials, presentations and corporate collaterals … etc
- Handle external enquiries and monitor daily news by compiling news clippings
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders so as to accomplish different activities/ programmes including delegation visits
- Assist in implementation of agency events and fund raising programmes
- Manage any ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Degree holder in Journalism, Translation, Public Relations or related disciplines
- At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in corporate communication or journalism
- Well organized, responsible, attentive to details and able to work independently
- A self-motivated team player with good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS word, Excel and PowerPoint (Chinese inputting is required)
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (both written & spoken) and good spoken Mandarin is a plus
