Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute promotion activities or events with buying team, stores operations and marketing teams
• Organize and implement food & wine fairs as well as events
• Collaborate with e-Commerce and Marketing teams to manage the company website
• Plan and organize food, wine & sake event to build up the brand image
• Provide promoter training before the promotions and ensure they understand promotion arrangement 
• Coordinate and provide information for advertorials preparation
• Review and advise on the contents of all POPs
• Assist in creating write-ups for leaflets and eDM of food and wine promotions
• Collect marketing intelligence and conduct market visits regularly 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or Business
• 4 years related experience gained from retails or FMCG industry is preferred and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in food & wine is highly preferable
• With event management skill is an advantage
• Proactive, strong communication skills and business sense
• Responsible, creative, organized and detail-minded
• Strong in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
