Job Description

As Marketing Executive, you will guide all corporate communication and interaction to ensure consistency and effectiveness. You will also ensure all company personnel understand products and market positioning and have what they need to sell and service our products. This extends to assisting in identifying new potential revenue streams, to pricing and bundling strategies, to go to market planning and execution for new products and services.

You will help to develop new product ideas based on executive management direction, industry trends, and internal resources. You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with cross-functional teams and PR firms to develop corporate communication guidelines, coordinate, plan, and execute DaVinci11-hosted and/or partners’ sponsored events on a quarterly basis. You will lead marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, key benefits and target customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update Corporate Social Media presence
  • Create marketing content for the website
  • Develop company newsletters and maintain client database
  • Foster mutually beneficial relationships with a variety of trade groups and PR agencies to drive PR stories on corporate marketing, new product launches and/or thought leadership
  • Oversee the execution and planning of DaVinci11-hosted and partner events on a quarterly basis
  • Oversee the execution and evaluation of award submission process
  • Develop and implement company-wide go-to-market plan for new product launches including but not limited to trade marketing activities, sales road shows, and product marketing collateral
  • Act as point of first reference for all product related inquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Work on special projects deemed appropriate as assigned by the management

 

Requirements

  • Knowledgeable in Internet Marketing
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
  • Experience in market research, strategic planning, and implementation preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented, systematic and organized
  • Strong ability to multi-task and still meet deadlines
