Job Description

Post 1: Development Executive - Individual Donor Team (Ref: HKDE-ID-J0419)

To cope with the organization development, a new headcount is created for supporting the implementation of various INDIVIDUAL DONOR acquisition and management campaigns, assisting the immediate supervisor on fundraising campaigns management. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support the implementation of approved campaigns to achieve best results for acquiring and managing donors.
    • Liaise with outside suppliers and in-house relevant departments to coordinate and manage the production of effective fundraising materials.
    • Ensure all fundraising activities are administrated in a timely, high-quality manner and within budget.
    • Support the team through data generation and analysis. Prepare timely and meaningful reports for planning fundraising campaigns.

 REQUIREMENT

    • University graduate in marketing, business administration or social science
    • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the field of marketing or advertising industry, with solid experience in managing suppliers / vendors
    • Proven experience of data mining and data analysis
    • Creative marketing ideas and innovative
    • Knowledge of database management, Photoshop and other desktop publishing skills will be definite advantage

Post 2: Development Executive - Organizations Team (Ref: HKDE-ORG-J0419)

The incumbent is responsible for the implementation of sustainable fundraising strategies for Orbis which draw on the resources and build awareness within the ORGANIZATIONS segments, with the goal of maximizing support of Orbis fundraising objectives. The segments include corporations, schools, religious groups, clubs, associations and foundations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with corporations and assigned segments to coordinate and execute fundraising campaigns
    • Identify fundraising opportunities and maintain good relationship with potential/existing donors.
    • Implement approved direct marketing campaigns and other fundraising campaigns within the team.
    • Solicit gift-in-kind donation for assigned fundraising campaigns.
    • Follow up stewardship recognition and loyalty plan for organizations’ donors.

 REQUIREMENT

    • University graduate in marketing, business administration or related disciplines
    • 1-3 years of working experience in marketing management
    • Good project management skills, good presentation skills and telephone manner
    • Strong in computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, familiar with Photoshop is a definte advantage. 

(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Development Executive)
