Responsibilities

• Assist in managing press events and engagement for the Corporation and providing support for the companies in Hong Kong Science Park with a positive impact on the reputation
• Prepare a wide variety of corporate literatures and press materials, including but not limited to, press releases, speeches, Q&As and presentation materials
• Provide analysis and market sentiment monitoring through developing daily news-clipping reports for the Corporation
• Work and liaise with internal and external stakeholders in support of press engagement events and general enquiries
• Support in special communications projects as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in languages, journalism, communications or related disciplines
• 1-2 year(s) of working experience in corporate communications, public relations for sizable companies is preferred
• Good communications and interpersonal skills with strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and result-oriented
• Proactive and a good team player who can work under pressure
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken), with ability to write clear and compelling materials
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing, etc.
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
