The Assistant Manager, Event Marketing will contribute to the team an all-rounded support to various signature and technology focused events to support the business needs of technology clusters & incubation teams as well as raise the overall profile of HKSTP.  He / She will also be the Person in-charge of some projects.  Details of responsibilities are listed below:-

• Assist in planning and managing high-quality business events to achieve the Corporate objectives
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials (e.g. collateral, leaflets, posters and exhibition panels) from drafting of contents, layout to production stage
• Provide support in event and exhibition logistics management from planning to implementation stage including budgeting, promotion, booth design, display content development and output, onsite survey and post-event reporting
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or event management, preferably gained in sizable / MNC companies
• Proven track record in professional and effective marketing materials development and event coordination and management
• Innovative, a good team player, self-motivated, detailed-oriented and is able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communications skills
• Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer, Event Marketing
