Responsibilities: 

• Develop sales and marketing strategies on increasing/maximizing revenue and implement sales action plans;

• Have strong sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations / demonstration to achieve sales target;

• Explore new sales opportunities and develop new accounts
• Conduct end user training and coaching on new features;
• Assist with developing training documents/materials;
• Work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects;
• Troubleshoot and work with end users;
• Perform professional customer services and handle customers’ inquiries.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing / Business Management or related disciplines;
• DSE or above with 1 year working experience
• Knowledge and experience in e-commerce is advantage;
• A team player with excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Honest, reliable, mature, independent, self-motivated, outgoing, pro-active problem solver and an organized person;
• Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin; and
