Responsibilities

• Accountable for product marketing and strategic planning in both the ethical and trade sectors
• P&L management and budget control of the product category
• Support and guide team members on sales objectives and marketing projects
• Collaborate with regional marketing team to plan and execute product launch, development and growth strategies
• Lead new product launches and conduct media communication programs
• Develop and engage KOLs in advancing the disease and product advocacy
• Localize, develop and deliver product training and materials for the sales team

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder with at least 5 years’ working experience in Pharmaceutical Industry, in which 3 years’ includes product launches and brand management in both the ethical and trade sectors is preferred
• Prior experience in the therapeutic areas of urology, endocrinology or orthopaedic surgery is preferred
• Self-starter, proactive and passionate about brand and market development
• Team Player, ability to work within / lead cross -functional teams
• Strong in formulating and executing product strategies and marketing programs
• Excellence analytical, multi-tasking skills and willing to work under pressure
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Product Manager
• Immediately available is highly preferred
