Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementation of in-store promotion activities to build brand for fresh produce
• Assist in training of promoter to perform daily operation
• Assist in establishing incentive scheme for frontline staffs to achieve sales target
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure mutual understanding and smooth operation.
• Prepare regular reports for analysis of promotion activities to provide insights to deliver brand sales targets
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned 

Requirement

• Degree Holder in Business Administration or related discipline
• 2-5 years’ experience of proven marketing experiences, ideally from FMCG / Event Management industry
• High levels of creativity, confident, outgoing personality, ambitious to succeed
• Fluent in English and Chinese, strong verbal and written communication skill
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Words, Excel and PowerPoint
