About the role:

Senior Account Executive/ Account Executive- Digital Communications is responsible for supporting brands' marketing and communications program under a collaborative agency environment. The role is focused on social strategy, digital planning, data analysis and data visualization. 

Job Description: 
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in brands' retainer and projects
• Responsible for day-to-day client reporting
• Social media maintenance and related preparation with team
• Assist teams to measure performance of social campaigns, and assess against goals with analytic tools
• Support in social listening and analytics 
• Provide on-going updates on industry trends, issues, and best practices for relevant categories

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ year experience in digital/ advertising agency or equivalent environment
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to build reports and summarize data into insight
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities
• Team-player with excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-starter environment
• Effective time-management and project management skills
• Proficient in digital trafficking tools including Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Facebook Ads Manager is an advantage
• Keen interest in social and all other things digital
