Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement marketing, communication and media strategy for the assigned brands to achieve business objectives.
• Plan and execute ATL and BTL programs, online and offline activities to deliver sales and profit growth to the company.
• Collaborate with external parties such as advertising agencies, design/production houses, premium companies, suppliers on planning and execution of all marketing and communication activities.
• Create engaging content for company website and different social media platforms.
• Evaluate the result of advertising and promotional activities to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvements.
• Analyse competitors' landscape and consumer insights and propose business actions
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in brand or product marketing, preferably in Chinese medicine / health / pharmaceuticals / FMCG industry
• Experience in web content management, implementation of search and social media platforms (facebook, instagram, wechat) and analytic tools.
• Good knowledge in using design software (e.g. Photoshop, AI) is a plus.
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, result-oriented and willing to take up new challenges.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), as well as computer applications, particularly MS Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Product Manager
