Duties: 

• Plan and monitor the execution of marketing campaigns in Europe and Latin America
• Develop strategic to grow the company's presence and customer acquisition globally
• Drive global execution of growth initiatives; integrated co-marketing campaigns, product and promotions
• Negotiate and monitor execution of contracts and ensure compliance of all parties 
• Analyse and report performance of campaigns and identify new growth opportunities 
• Provide guidance to digital, creative and social teams to ensure content supports overall messaging and marketing strategies 

Requirements:

• University Degree in HR & Marketing
• 8+ years working experience in Marketing
• Strong communication, creative, risk-taker, entrepreneurial and track record in consumer marketing
• Team management experience 
• English, French and Spanish language skills
• Globally-minded, start up attitude, highly collaborative
