Job Description

Responsibilities:

-To assist Product Manager in researching, developing and launching new products

-Monitor and enforce supplier performance and quality standards to achieve improved results;

-Manage project priorities and allocate resources to meet assigned timelines and goals;

-To respond to company initiatives by driving new products to meet market needs;

-Assist in planning, design, development and execution all visual merchandising and promotional displays for promotional program, seasonal change and ad-hoc events

Requirements:

-Strong knowledge and background in retail marketing and hands-on experience in Visual Merchandising or Graphic Design

-Good knowledge of cosmetic and skincare products;

-3+ year experience in in cosmetics and beauty brand is a plus;

-Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; must work well in a team-oriented environment.

-Strong English and Chinese verbal and written communication skills;

-Self-motivated, detail-oriented and with strong analytical skills;
