Job descriptions:

• Identify new business opportunities and lead International Account Sales Team to achieve aggressive sales targets of Hong Kong and China Market
• Prospecting, identifying and acquiring new clients for selling China Airport advertising solutions
• Perform account servicing and maintain good relationship with key international clients and maximize advertising revenue
• Responsible for driving China airport advertising sales and the promotion of the company's integrated advertising business
• Manage and lead the International Account Sales Team to optimize the effectiveness of client campaigns

Requirements:

• University graduate in Sales & Marketing or other equivalent disciplines is preferred 
• 5 years or above experience in business development with media sales / advertising agencies /  outdoor media (billboard, transport) or outdoor TV experience is preferred
• Experience in B2B Sales & Marketing with a fast-paced business environment would be an advantage
• Knowledge in China Airport advertising market is highly preferred
• Creative, organized, independent and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication presentation & negotiation skills
• Good account servicing and management skill
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
