Responsibilities:

• Provide supports on ad materials submission and to ensure all instructions and delivered in a timely manner
• Handle all clerical work, document filing, reporting and recording, general administrative tasks
• Assist supervisor to follow up daily operation
• Coordinate with internal department in preparing operation orders
• Communicate with external vendors for orders placement
• Assist on ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• F.7 or above
• 2 years’ experience
• Proficiency computer skills in MS Office
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong PC skills in Word, Excel and Power Point
• Relevant experience and background in internal project coordinator, command center, operations or customer service is a plus
• Less experience with high potential will be considered as Operation clerk / Admin clerk
• Immediately available is preferred
