Job Description

• Project co-ordination with clients, internal staff and partners
• Perform contents update, and operations of WeChat Official Accounts
• Work as a team to deliver excellent services and products to clients

• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while strengthening relationships with clients by providing professional account services
• Prepare proposals and reports for clients
• Liaise and maintain good relationships with customers, KOLs, and business partners

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experiences in social media marketing or digital marketing
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese, Potunghua, and English.
• Good knowledge in marketing on local and China social media platforms
• Knowledge in HTML5, CSS, Java, web-page design, UX/UI design on mobile & web application is an advantage
• High Diploma or above in Business Studies/Marketing/Digital Marketing
• Marketing experiences in specific industry will be an advantage

• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years experiences will be considered as Account Service Executive
