Job Description
The candidate will be leading a high-performance sales team to maximize business potential, achieve sales objectives, manage and develop existing pharmaceuticals products.
The prime responsibilities include supervising & coaching the field force, determining & allocating sales targets, formulating sales plan, maintaining high level of contact with customers, identifying business opportunities and recommending business strategies to the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or medical background is a prerequisite
- Minimum 8 years sales experience with at least 5 years sales management experience in pharmaceutical industry gained from multinational corporation
- Experience in managing both private and HA sectors
- Strong analytical mind to resolve business challenges and able to work under pressure
- Excellent leadership and able to drive and motivate the team
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficiency in PC applications on Excel and PowerPoint
