Responsibilities:

• Manages vendor relationships and contracts
• Monitoring vendor performance and cost negotiation with vendors
• Manage a team to follow up the orders from sampling to on time shipment
• Ensures quality standards are met on all product categories managed
• Communicates potential production issues with the necessary parties and ensure timely resolutions

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Textile or Fashion and Clothing or related discipline
• At least 10 years relevant experience, preferably in US buying office
• Good interpersonal skill to work with overseas buyers & vendors
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, able to communicate in Mandarin
