Job Scope:

The Officer will be responsible for accurately forecasting stock levels, planning stock movements and ensuring that we have sufficient stock availability in all our warehouses across the region to meet our customer demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate data on stock levels, availability and all stock related issues to teams in all regions
• Collate stock forecasts from sales teams
• Confirm delivery dates with suppliers once orders have been made
• Keep accurate records of incoming shipments and update status
• Arrange stock movements to warehouses in all regions
• Monitor sales to ensure that stock levels can meet demand
• Analyse stock holdings to identify fast & slow-moving items/brands
• Liaise with Sales and Marketing Departments to ensure appropriate stock levels to meet seasonal and promotional demand
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• At least three years’ experience in stock planning, supply and demand planning or supply chain role
• Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Excel
• Organised and able to plan effectively
• Detail conscious
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• A high level of written and spoken English and ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese would be an advantage
