Responsibilities :

• Manage entire product development and delivery process
• Ensure product and quality standards
• Negotiate with producers / suppliers
• Information exchange with headquarter / buyers, suppliers and superior
• Source new suppliers and handle orders follow-up

Requirement :

• F.7 graduated with English passed
• Higher Diploma / University graduate in Textile / Clothing or related studies is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of sound experience as a Garment Merchandiser in sizeable buying or trading office
• Experience in baby or kids wear
• Solid experience in handling woven and knitted items
• Sound good technical knowledge in fabrics and finishing techniques
• Familiar with U.S. or Europe market
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Conversant with MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel)
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Stable, detail minded, highly organized, able to set and meet deadlines
