Responsibilities:

• Drive the Seasonal Costing progress and Performance tracking and reporting
• Provide support on data preparation for Costing Projects and Seasonal Supplier Negotiations
• Support the Materials team negotiations and reporting
• Maintains, validates & updates the costing information in PLM Systems
• Validation and Gap analysis on costing data across vendors / regions
• Assist to seasonal allocation strategy
• Ad hoc and general duties require from time to time to ensure work effectiveness
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Supply Chain
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills, and communication skills in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated & pro-active, with a keen interest and ability to learn
• Solution provider & strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure
• Ability to understand and meet Key deadlines with excellent planning & prioritization skills
• Strong analytical skills with eye for detail and ability to interpret data
• Well-versed in computer applications, excellent hands-on skills in MS Powerpoint and Excel (pivot table, vlookup, functions, etc.) is preferable
