Responsibilities :

• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and customers.
• Provide daily operation supports to Purchasing and Logistics teams.
• Process and follow purchase orders for stock replenishment.
• Maintain an optimum inventory level by communicating closely with warehouse team.
• Assist in entering purchasing data into POS system.
• Assist the Manager in daily Management of Purchasing and Import & Export team.
• Prepare relevant Reports to Manager.
• Assist the Manager in handling customer complaints.
• Assist the Manager in Purchasing, Price Control and Price-Lists formulation.
• Participate in other ad-hoc projects whenever necessary.

Requirements : 

• F.5/HKDSE or Diploma in Logistics & Procurement is preferred.
• Min. 1 year relevant working experience.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical & computer skill.
• Hard working, independent, good communication and negotiation technique.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.
• Travel to China/Overseas occasionally is necessary.
