Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the merchandising team to establish relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction;
• Follow-up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery;
• To co-ordinate daily operational activities from product developments until shipment;
• Monitor and follow-up orders to achieve on-time sampling / lab dipping and garment deliveries;
• Attend and assist in sourcing / fitting / negotiation meetings;
• Responsible for ad-hoc projects as assigned.

 Requirements

• Degree / Diploma or above in Merchandising;

• At least 8 years working experience in apparel industry;

• Hands on experience in premium and high-end items (woven/knit);

• With solid experience to deal with overseas customers / factories / suppliers independently;

• Strong leadership skills to manage the team and related departments;
• Good communication skills to work with factories in order to meet customers’ needs;
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Merchandiser;

• Good knowledge of garment manufacturing preferable in European market;

• Detailed-oriented, able to meet deadline, work under pressure;

• Can be patience, responsible, self-motivated and good interpersonal & communication skill;

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin;

• Good PC skills and familiar with MS Office operation;
• Immediate available is preferable.
