Job Description

• Provide clerical support to Corporate Services Division including data input and files handling etc.;
• Assist to prepare and arrange submission of statutory filings and organize Government fee payments;
• Assist in performing company secretarial duties such as preparation of draft minutes and correspondences; maintain and update statutory records
• Deliver documents to bankers, Companies Registry and Inland Revenue Department on ad-hoc basis;
• Handle applications with banks and Government departments.

Requirements

•  Graduate or Diploma holder of Vocational Training Council, Caritas and equivalents
• 1 year working experience in secretary or administration function an advantage.
• No experience or fresh graduates with enthusiasm to develop their career in company secretarial fieldwill also be considered.
• Knowledge of CSA software an advantage
• Proficiency in spoken & written English & Chinese
• Hardworking, willingness to learn with strong sense of responsibility and attentive to details.
