Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Management for corporate development.
• Assist the management team for planning and execution of strategies to meet organizational objectives. It may include developing and delivering investor relation activities, identifying the opportunities, and executing mergers and acquisitions (i.e. conduct feasibility studies and implement deal process)
• Analyze corporate business needs, screen and evaluate business development projects
• Lead external consultants and internal departments to accomplish the business task including major business disposals, acquisitions, business restructuring, legal, commercial, financial due diligence, legal/ contractual document review and preparation, budget review and analysis
• Manage and coordinate all business related affairs

Requirements:

• University graduate in Legal or related disciplines
• With 2-3 years corporate and M&A legal experience in a law firm or a legal department
• Strong M&A practice in top-tier international law firms, experienced in handling complex overseas/cross-border transactions is highly preferred
• Experience in Technology industries is an advantage
• Excellent in both spoken and written English, able to speak Cantonese and Mandarin is required
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered
