Job Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice to management and business units of the Company in relation to corporate, transaction and general commercial matters

- Monitor, plan and implement programs for changes in legislation affecting the operations of the Company and provide general operations compliance support to the Group

- Support the Company in merger, acquisitions and corporate financing activities, including but not limited to assets transactions, business integration and re-structuring, PRC assets on/off-shore structuring ​and PRC business licenses maintenance

- To draft and review contracts and undertake any other ad-hoc projects and assignments from senior management

- Frequent business trip to PRC is required

Job Requirements:

- Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong with solid knowledge of Hong Kong regulatory regime, and familiar with relevant codes andrules 

- Substantial experience on capital market transactions, M & A deals

- Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience gained with a reputable law firm or legal department of listed companies

- Strong organization and communications skills

- Able to work independently without supervision

- PRC legal experience is an advantage

- A good team player with managerial & leadership skill

- Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese, including Putonghua

- PRC returnee from overseas study is preferred
