Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administration and technical support to overseas offices and clients (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia) for offshore companies;
  • Relationship management for key clients in HK;
  • Incorporation / Dissolution for offshore companies, mainly BVI & Cayman Islands;
  • Liaison with Group compliance for KYC matters;
  • Debt Management;
  • Handle other projects/works assigned by department head;
  • Develop strong and long term relationship with clients to build loyalty;
  • Lead and coach team members.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in business related discipline;
  • Student member of HKICS will be an advantage;
  • Minimum 5 years of Corporate Secretarial experience in offshore companies, preferably 2 years in supervisory level;
  • Experience in trust companies or professional service firms is preferable
  • Able to work under pressure;
  • Proactive, self-motivated and is a team player with good interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua.
