We are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join our Facility team as “Facility Officer"

In this role, you will:

• Supervise a team of in-house technicians to carry out daily and preventive maintenance of production facilities, utilities system and own-building construction
• Handle staff issues including training, deployment, rostering and leave arrangement 
• Suggest improvement initiatives and implement improvement plan accordingly
• Establish comprehensive preventive maintenance plan and ensure effective execution for critical equipment
• Monitor spare parts of inventory aiming for quick response to needs of repair and maintenance
• Assist Facility & Environment Manager (FM) in internal coordination of crossed-department works; as well as external coordination with vendors, suppliers for parts and service’s acquisition
• Prepare and implement all standard procedures, control systems of facilities management projects and update the operation reports
• Review cleaning result of vendor and suggest best manpower allocation for FM consideration
• Monitor validity of Government license and raise renewal request prior to expiry
• Assist in project management for new installation or upgrading
• Perform ad hoc works assigned by managers

 To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Higher Diploma/ Degree in Facilities Management, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ solid experience in Facilities Management, industrial production machinery maintenance of which at least 3 year at supervisory level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Well-organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Thorough knowledge of facilities/engineering management practices along with business ethics, security procedures, life safety and food safety
• Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
