We are managing the godown logistics & property management of an ice & cold storage building located in Aberdeen. We need a senior property officer with:

Responsibilities:

- Act as the chief-in-charge for the office & property management;

- Monitor the performance of various service providers;

- Monitor or liaise various contractors on daily building operations including maintenance, cleaning,                                   security, Government and related Authorities to smooth the operation

- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor          

Requirements:

- Diploma holder of Property Management or equivalent qualification;

- Minimum 3 years experience in property management, preferably in industrial buildings, at supervisory level;

- Well versed in Building Management Ordinance

- Customer-oriented and good communication skills

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

- Able to work independently and under pressure
