Job Description

Job Purpose

To cope with growing business plan, this person has to support Company's sales strategy through active up-selling / cross selling activities and key account management to deliver Company’s sales targets for the year.

Roles & Responsibilities

Account Management & Business Development

  • Deliver the assigned business results through solutions selling and relationship building
  • Maintain good relationship with existing customers in order to explore new business opportunities to promote the entire range of assistance services and form the basis for new products/services to support the formulation of sales strategy
  • Develop/drive credibility and productive long term relationship with the assigned accounts and key influencers
  • Manage sales growth and profitability of the existing accounts. You will also coordinate with different teams to support sales execution
  • Implement the sales strategy for key accounts together with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop, coordinate, implement and track results of the key account plan, including driving business creation, tailoring value proposition, negotiation, coordination and promotion, realizing planned turnover, margin and sales forecasting
  • Research the markets in Hong Kong and Macau and monitor key trends so as to identify new markets in the responsible segment to promote the entire range of assistance services and form the basis for new products/services to support the formulation of sales strategy
  • Ability to execute sales implementation plans that align sales strategies

   New Sales Achievement

  •  Indirect/Direct account management responsibility over specific customers in the industry and manage post-sales administration and renewal activities
  • Responsible for implementation and outcome of marketing promotions activity relevant to the new business market by working closely with Sales/Business Development Manager
  • Achieve other marketing and personal objectives set annually with the Managing Director
  • Drive and manage all general marketing promotion activities in the department
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasting and reporting including maintaining an up-to-date database in line with Regional & Global standards
  • Ensure regular contact with all identified customers to build relationship
  • Ensure timely update of sales activities in AXP360 (SalesForce)

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Sales/Marketing and account servicing fields
  • Experience in working for selling/selling into insurance sector is a PLUS
  • Flexible and open-minded  
  • Independent, ability to manage an opportunity with minimal supervision
  • Proven track record -  a passionate sales driver with consultative sales approach
  • Excellent command of both written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Good business writing skills and experience in preparing business proposal
  • Experience in using CRM system (SalesForce)
