Job Description

Interested in the day to day duties? 

  • Collaborate with customer leadership to create SharePoint solutions that meet customer needs and adhere to established standards.
  • Plan and execute the migration of data from external sites to the new SharePoint sites.
  • Manage site collection features, security, content types, navigation, search and other SharePoint out-of-the-box functionality. This includes creation of content repositories, user permissions and day to day updates of existing sites.
  • Provide guidance and support to sub-site owners, end users and content managers, including the creation of other site collections, master page settings, site collection features, web parts, metadata and document management, workflows and updates/changes, while maintaining consistency across sites.
  • Develop and utilize SharePoint components including, forms, templates, external lists, external content types, custom lists, web parts, master pages and content management.
  • Provide operational and technical support to sub-site owners, end users and content managers.
  • Work with enterprise SharePoint technology teams to resolve issues and address changes.
  • Test application and integration of functionality as needed to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  • Monitor site usage and make recommendations to customer leadership as appropriate.

 

 

 

What’s your background?

 

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT field, 3 years’ experience in Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and/or 2013.
  • 2 years of experience in knowledge management, information management, and governance forums, etc. Experience in Nintex is a plus.
  • Experience in Microsoft client operating systems, Microsoft office applications. Microsoft Exchange, IIS, SQL, Anti Virus / Anti Spam environment is a plus.
  • Sound knowledge of Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, Business Intelligence, and web parts development.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese skills.
  • Good team player with excellent analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Travel to China is required.
