EXECUTIVE SUMMARY  

Our client is a famous retail group. They are looking for experienced Store Manager for their store.

JOB SCOPE (responsibilities, environment, etc)

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the store and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
• Drive, motivate and lead frontline staffs to achieve successful growth and provide excellent customer services to the end-users
• Develop and seek process improvement opportunities to assist cost management and productivity
• Lead team to achieve store and individual sales target as agreed
• Complete internal reports and participate in various projects as/when required
• Handle customer enquiries, customer returns, repairs, complaints according to the company regulations
• Build up the long term customers with maintain of good relationship and gaining repeat business wherever possible
• Controlling the variable costs and above all the personnel expenses with regard to the budgets
• Prepare various analysis on the sales figures and sales forecast of the store for management review
• Taking care that the stock inventories take place in an effective way

JOB REQUIREMENTS (must have skills and experience)

• Minimum 5 years  relevant retail experience, with 1 to 2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail industry
• Experience in team management, stock management, staff training, reporting and budgeting
• Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, independent and able to perform multitasks under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, especially in MS Excel
