Responsibilities:

• to provide sales administration support to Sales Team;

• responsible for order processing;

• work closely with internal parties on order requirements, service delivery…etc
• handle and process customers' inquiries to ensure all requests are followed up timely and thoroughly;
• maintain and update sales data and ensure all data is recorded in the system timely and accurately;

• Work closely with internal departments for order related & AR issues
• Handle clients enquiries and complaints

Requirements:

• Form 5 or DSE graduates
• Working experience in customer service / sales process is advantage
• Pleasant, polite and good telephone manner and communication skills
•  Familiar with MS office applications
• Fresh Graduate is welcome
