Job Description
Job Descriptions
- Responsible for handling HK and PRC customers' sales enquiry
- Handle quotation, sales contract and validate order in ERP system
- Monitor transportation, tracking and tracing shipments
- Assist daily warehouse operation including goods receiving, storing, shipping and stock cycle counting
Requirements
- F.6 or above
- Min. 5 years experience in customer service, order processing, warehouse operation or relevant working experience
- Knowledge of import/export documents and Tradelink is an advantage
- Good communication skills and team working
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, ACCPAC or similar ERP system
Working Location: Kwun Tong
5 working days per week with bank holiday
