Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, order follow-up, & complaints in professional manners;
- Maintain good relationship with existing clients, develop SOP and prepare KPI for customers
- Work closely with Operations Team to ensure customer’s requirement are fulfilled
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above with minimum 5 years relevant working experience, solid experience in Customer Service and Operation in Air Freight or Logistics is an advantage;
- Familiar with Pharmaceutical and AOG business are preferred
- Able to work independently with good communication skills, well organized and willing to learn;
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese(including Mandarin) ;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing.
- Immediately available is highly preferred;
