The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Customer Service Coordinator, in a young, vibrant and international working environment.

Job Purpose:

• Provide customers with product information, advice and sales information
• Manage customer service channels via Email and via Phone enquiries
• Be a support to the costumers
• Managing data records

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with all costumers spoken to and follow up their orders
• Managing customer orders and back office activities
• Support Sales regarding orders and fulfilling customer requests
• Managing incoming calls and emails
• Providing accurate, valid and complete information to customers
• Working closely across a variety of teams to resolve any customer issues
• Keeping up to date records by using the right tools

Requirements:  

• Diploma or degree in related field
• Cantonese Native Speaker and Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must
• Mandarin Chinese is considered a plus
• Good Knowledge of SAP is a must
• Previous experience in the relationship with customers is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player oriented
• Profieciency in MS Office
• Problem solving ability and positive attitude
