Responsibilities:

• Liaising with licensees and managing all communication for product approvals.
• Ensuring that licensees receive all necessary creative materials
• Tracking and monitoring project progress and provide status reports
• Maintaining archive of projects – product shots, product samples, press releases, marketing materials…etc
• Maintaining license contract and invoice database
• Performing general office duties

Requirements:

• Form. 7 or above with 2-3 years' experience. Fresh graduate will be considered as Licensing Executive
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Well-developed time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Resourceful and can work independently 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediate availability is preferred
