Our client is an international fashion brand. To cope with their business needs, they are sincerely inviting high caliber to fill up the following position

Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly planning process, working with key business partners including production planning and production development teams, to provide relevant solutions.
• Understand demand forecasts and market information from regional partners, and use this to drive conversation and decision for seasonal and long-range planning.
• Work closely with Product and commercialization team to ensure the target buy ready dates are met to hit the Initial Delivery Date (for product introduction to market)
• Provide risk and opportunity analysis, and present to senior management and business teams.
• Support monthly S&OP meetings.
• Identify and lead changes in process improvement for efficiency and in line with company strategy, within the team and across other departments globally
• Support strategic sourcing direction for capacity and supply planning through vendor allocation. Allocate with the balance of duty saving interest for the regions and the production concerns for the vendors (e.g. capabilities and productivities for different factories)
• Work with business partners to ensure smooth and efficient buy operations.
• Communication with Regional partners on production and shipment issues.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Supply Chain, Logistics or any related
• 5 - 10 years of practical experience in supply chain
• Experience in SAP is an advantage
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
