Job Description

Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for collecting and documenting all technical information from the ships, workshops, and vendors
  • Assist Technical Superintendent with coordination of quotations and cost comparisons
  • Follow up on advance payments, make necessary entries in the cost book and liaise with suppliers, forwarders, vessels agents and the vessel for speedy dispatch.
  • Make arrangements for documents to be delivered on or off vessels
  • Documents housekeeping as per company requirements
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Manager

Jobs Requirements:

  • Form 5, IVE or Diploma of any faculty. Marine-related studies are highly preferred
  • Minimum 1 – 3 years of related working experience in Ship Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Fluent in written and spoken Putonghua and English are essential
  • Strong team player with a positive working attitude
