Responsibilities:

• To lead a small QA team in managing and implementing the internal QMS processes such as internal auditing, raising change requests, facilitating Non conformance management (CAPA)
• Escalation / early warning internally within the operation if there are identified risks for operations, committed timelines or related projects, etc.                                                                            
• Provide timely feedback of quality metrics to be relayed to the Management team and customer
• To prepare/ conduct for operations and periodic client audits                    
• Assure & maintain GMP / GDP / GxP compliance by continuously enhancing a proper quality management system (QMS)
• Assure all controlled documents (not limited to GxP) are clearly specified in a written format
• Act as a Deputy Management Representative of QMS and work collaboratively with HQ QA team to provide excellence in warehouse quality management
• Arrange GMP, GxP or GDP training to department staffs

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science or related disciplines with demonstrated pharmaceutical industry knowledge or exposure
• Min 5 years’ working experience in quality assurance or pharmaceutical or related industries with GDP, GxP or GMP Operations
• Certification of Quality Auditor is an advantage
• Up-to-date knowledge of market trends in pharmaceutical, healthcare & logistics industry
• Knowledge of tools, concepts & methodologies of QA
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills & formal presentation skills in English & Chinese
• Exposure of running quality training programs
• Proven experience and ability to manage people, processes, and technology

Candidate with lesser experience but with practical QA/ RA work proven record from Pharmaceutical firms/ organizations will be considered as Assistant QA Manager
