Job Responsibilities

l To provide the best customer services to both external customers, and internal customers

l To provide support to sales team in matter of client relations and/or operational challenges

l To maintain and expand the network and relationship with customers

l Handle customer enquiries & complaints

l Coordinate with operations and sales departments on shipments and rates respectively

l Maintain effective communication with customers and overseas agencies to achieve service excellence

Job Requirements

l University graduated with 1-2 years related experience in logistics industry

l Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills

l Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

l Good PC operations knowledge, particularly in MS Excel
