Key Duties and Responsibilities :  

• Interface with clients and maintain an excellent relationship with them.
• Oversee and coordinate client escalated operational issues while manage and oversee effective dissemination of client information to operations team.
• Responsible for quality and timely delivery of services to clients.
• Documentation and record administration from timely response to email enquiries.
• Preparation of documents for receiving/releasing/transportation of goods, visual check reporting, preparation of work order for operations, and subsequently billing.
• Follow-up goods in-transit and under storage.
• To liaise with operation department to ensure proper execution has been applied.

Requirements : 

• Diploma or above.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Numerate analytical and competent in Microsoft Office Application, especially MS Excel. 
• 2 – 3 years working experience in shipping is preferred while logistic customer service is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills and a good team player.
• Highly motivated, proactive & attend to details.
• Have strong sense of accountability
