Responsibility:        

• Need to handle LC full set shipping document
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data input into the system                      
• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Need to lease with oversea buyers’ shipping department and forwarders
• Must have knowledge on customs’ documentations requirements for China, Hong Kong, Cambodia and Bangladesh.
• Must be independent to handle shipment without supervision

            
Requirement:        

• Must have minimum 4-5 years shipping experience
• Preferable in garment industry.
• F.5 or above with relevant working experience            
• Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English           
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.   
• Work experience on customer’s own shipping/logistics platform will be an advantage.
• Fast and accurate English typing and Chinese character input.
• Need to be available immediately.
