 Responsibilities:

To monitor shipment proactively by coordinating with freight forwarders, airlines and overseas agents alike;

To handle both in/out communication with clients;

To prepare documentation to ensure timely delivery;

To work closely with our operational team to ensure a smooth process flow;

Qualifications:

Processing a higher diploma, bachelor degree and/or fresh graduates are most welcome to apply; with IT Programming, Data Analysis background is an advantage

Knowledge of MS Office is a must; training of Tradelink EDI, Ez Cargo, SC or DG handling will be provided;

Positive attitude, attention to detail and willing to learn is a pre-requisite;

Be able to collaborate in a team environment and work independently;

A good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;

Available immediately is preferred
