Responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial and accounting functions, fund administration and cash management ;
• Assist in the analytical group finance reporting including regular cash flow projections, budget and financial analysis;
• Perform risk management projects.

Requirements:

• Degree holders or above in finance/accounting;
• With minimum 3 years working experience in financial and accounting functions ,with auditing or banking background is preferred;
• Professional accountants with ACCA/CIMA/HKICPA or equivalent qualification an advantage;
• Experience in China property development and/or reputable audit firm an advantage;
• Familiar with HK & PRC accounting, taxation, regulations and operations an advantage;
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills, especially financial analysis, commentaries;
• Familiar with MS Office especially Word, Excel & Power point;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
