职位描述:

负责公司行政后勤日常事务,协助领导处理行政人事日常工作,具体如下:

行政方面:

1、负责公司办公用品的采购、维护及管理;

2、负责公司来访者接待工作;

3、公司行政费用的预算、申报;

4、负责员工差旅交通等预定;

5、制定及优化公司行政制度;

6、办公环境及维护及管理;

7、其他行政后勤工作;

人事方面:

1、公司招聘岗位的发布、简历初步筛选、应聘人员预约;

2、员工入职及离职手续办理;

3、负责新进员工入职培训(员工手册、公司制度等);

4、负责员工考勤数据的处理;

5、配合上级做好人事方面的工作。

 

岗位要求:

1、具有1-3年行政及人事招聘工作经验;

2、工作认真细致,具有较强沟通协调能力,亲和力强;

3、大学专科以上学历,人力资源或行政管理等专业;

4、熟悉人员招聘流程,熟悉招聘渠道;

5、具备良好的人际关系处理、问题分析和解决的能力;

6、为人正直诚实,个性开朗大方,良好的沟通、协调及适应能力,能承受较大工作压力;

7、熟练使用办公软件及人事管理软件。

8、有良好的普通话、粤语、英文听说读写能力;

Description

Responsible for the day-to-day affairs of the company's administrative logistics, assisting the leaders in handling the daily works of administrative personnel which are detailed as follows

Administration

1Responsible for the procurement, maintenance and management of company office supplies

2Responsible for the reception of company visitors

3Responsible for the budgeting and report of company administrative expenses

4Responsible for travel booking of company staffs

5To formulate and optimize the company's administrative system

6Responsible for the maintenance and management of office environment

7Other administrative logistics

Human Resource

1Responsible for the release of the company's recruitment positions, initial screening of resumes and appointments for candidates

2Responsible for employee entry and exit procedures

3Responsible for new employee induction training (employee manual, company system, etc.)

4Responsible for the processing of employee attendance data

5to cooperate with superiors to well manage the work of human resource.

 

Requirements

11-3 years of experience in administrative and personnel recruitment

2Working Carefully and meticulously, having strong communication, coordination skills and strong affinity

3College degree or above in human resources or administrative management

4Being familiar with the recruitment process and channels

5Having ability of interpersonal relationships handling and problem analysis & resolution

6Being honest, with a cheerful personality, having good ability of communication, coordination and adaptability, can withstand greater work pressure

7Skilled in use of Microsoft office and human resource related applications.

8Have good command and literacy skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
