职位描述:
负责公司行政后勤日常事务,协助领导处理行政人事日常工作,具体如下:
行政方面:
1、负责公司办公用品的采购、维护及管理;
2、负责公司来访者接待工作;
3、公司行政费用的预算、申报;
4、负责员工差旅交通等预定;
5、制定及优化公司行政制度;
6、办公环境及维护及管理;
7、其他行政后勤工作;
人事方面:
1、公司招聘岗位的发布、简历初步筛选、应聘人员预约;
2、员工入职及离职手续办理;
3、负责新进员工入职培训(员工手册、公司制度等);
4、负责员工考勤数据的处理;
5、配合上级做好人事方面的工作。
岗位要求:
1、具有1-3年行政及人事招聘工作经验;
2、工作认真细致,具有较强沟通协调能力,亲和力强;
3、大学专科以上学历,人力资源或行政管理等专业;
4、熟悉人员招聘流程,熟悉招聘渠道;
5、具备良好的人际关系处理、问题分析和解决的能力;
6、为人正直诚实,个性开朗大方,良好的沟通、协调及适应能力,能承受较大工作压力;
7、熟练使用办公软件及人事管理软件。
8、有良好的普通话、粤语、英文听说读写能力;

Description:
Responsible for the day-to-day affairs of the company's administrative logistics, assisting the leaders in handling the daily works of administrative personnel which are detailed as follows:
Administration:
1、Responsible for the procurement, maintenance and management of company office supplies;
2、Responsible for the reception of company visitors;
3、Responsible for the budgeting and report of company administrative expenses;
4、Responsible for travel booking of company staffs;
5、To formulate and optimize the company's administrative system;
6、Responsible for the maintenance and management of office environment;
7、Other administrative logistics;
Human Resource:
1、Responsible for the release of the company's recruitment positions, initial screening of resumes and appointments for candidates;
2、Responsible for employee entry and exit procedures;
3、Responsible for new employee induction training (employee manual, company system, etc.);
4、Responsible for the processing of employee attendance data;
5、to cooperate with superiors to well manage the work of human resource.
Requirements:
1、1-3 years of experience in administrative and personnel recruitment;
2、Working Carefully and meticulously, having strong communication, coordination skills and strong affinity;
3、College degree or above in human resources or administrative management;
4、Being familiar with the recruitment process and channels;
5、Having ability of interpersonal relationships handling and problem analysis & resolution;
6、Being honest, with a cheerful personality, having good ability of communication, coordination and adaptability, can withstand greater work pressure;
7、Skilled in use of Microsoft office and human resource related applications.
8、Have good command and literacy skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English;
